#1—FROSTBITE (now free!)
#2—SNOWBOUND
#3—FIRELIGHT
#4—AFTERGLOW
#5—SHOCKWAVE
#6—FLATLINE
#7—HEARTBEAT

Excerpt from #1—FROSTBITE:

In the morning, Rich padded down the stairs, yawning and rubbing his eyes, only to stop dead on the bottom stair.

The pale light of winter filtered hazy through the iced-over panes of the little window in the kitchen. Dust motes danced above the flagstones. Parker glowed in the gentle light that haloed him, picking out the gold of his hair, the dark blue of his eyes. Parker had clearly not realised Rich was there, and he looked so irresistible in this unguarded moment that it hit Rich in the stomach until Rich could barely take a breath.

Parker was making bread on the kitchen island, his fair head bent over his work, kneading the dough with his strong hands. He was covered in flour to the elbows; there were streaks of it on his temples, as though he had run his fingers through his ruffled gold hair.

Rich indulged himself in an idle fantasy. He would slip into the warm space at Parker’s side and Parker would kiss him good morning. Rich would like those clever hands all over him, flour and all. Parker would pin him against the counter, big and strong, shutting out the light… Rich’s stomach tightened and he had to stop himself there.

Rich must have made a sound on the bottom step, because Parker’s eyes snapped up to his. It seemed to take a moment for Parker to realise that it was only Rich, but then Parker relaxed. “I’m sorry. I meant to ask you if I could cook, but I didn’t want to wake you. I used your flour. And your milk. And your coffee. And your—”

“It’s fine,” Rich interrupted. “Help yourself.”

Parker’s tension eased into a smile, slow and sweet. Rich wondered if that smile would ever stop tugging his heart. “Can I make you breakfast?” There was something hopeful in Parker’s expression.

HEARTBEAT now out! Series complete!

#7—HEARTBEAT

When Rich wakes one morning to find his beloved Parker missing from their bed, he panics. Because he knows Parker’s murderous ex has finally pushed him too far. After years of abuse, his ex’s threat to hurt Rich has finally driven Parker to take desperate action. Rich is about to discover just how far Parker will go to protect him…

4500-word MM erotic romance. Last in series.

Excerpt:

Parker was trudging by the side of the road, head down, hands in pockets. Parker looked up at the sound of the engine. The wind raked its fingers through his ruffled fair hair; he shielded his eyes with one hand, the dark blue of his eyes matching his scarf. The bruise had darkened on his face where Sinclair had hit him yesterday. He seemed very calm.

Rich burst out the second he got out of the car. “I’m coming with you.” All the words he wanted to say piled up and tripped over each other. “You shouldn’t have sneaked out in the night. You should have woken me. I would have come with you.”

“I didn’t sneak out in the night,” said Parker. “It was dawn. And I didn’t want to upset you.”

“Upset me!” Rich laughed and it sounded bleak. “I thought you were gone and I’d never see you again. I thought Sinclair murdered you and dumped your body!”

“He didn’t.” Parker said that as if it should have been obvious.

Rich raised his voice for emphasis. “I’m coming with you.”

That seemed to alarm Parker. “No! No, you can’t. I don’t want you to see this.”

“You don’t want me to come with you?” Rich was stricken.

“I want you to stay where it’s safe!”

“I don’t care about that!” Rich nearly shouted. “I’m in love with you!”

The silence iced over. They stared at each other across the expanse of frozen ground.

Rich had never dared say it before, but it was so true he could barely get it out. “Parker, I love you. I think you’re amazing. I think you’re so brave, you’re so strong. Everything Sinclair told you was a lie. He said it just to hurt you. Because he’s scared of you. He’s scared that you’re ten times the man he ever was—a hundred, a thousand. I’d never hurt you like he did. I’d keep you forever, I’d never let you go. And I’m coming with you.”

FLATLINE now out!

#6—FLATLINE

When Rich opened the door to his childhood crush Parker one winter’s night, he stepped straight into the firing line. Because Parker is fleeing from his murderous ex, Sinclair - and now Sinclair is back. He’s dead set on getting Parker back. And the tighter Parker clings to Rich, the more Rich himself is in danger…

4400-word MM erotic romance.

Excerpt:

Sinclair backhanded Parker across the face. It happened so fast that Rich could barely follow it. The blow was savage; the crack of Sinclair’s hand across Parker’s face echoed through the frozen air. Parker’s head snapped back and he made a sound of pain.

Rich started halfway out of his seat in horror, his heart in his throat. “You hit him!” He had genuinely never seen one adult strike another before. It seemed so incredible in this peaceful little town that Rich couldn’t even process it. His pulse had jumpstarted, his throat dry. “You can’t do that!” Rich glanced around to see if anyone else had seen, but people were just starting to turn, their attention drawn by the sound.

“Clearly I can.” Sinclair flexed his stinging hand.

Parker shuddered, but he made no more sound. He touched his face and his fingertips came away bloody where his cheek had been cut. The gaze he lifted to Sinclair was pure murder. His muscles bunched, his lip curled into a snarl and for a terrifying second Rich thought he was about to go for Sinclair’s throat.

Sinclair leaned toward him, holding his eyes. Sinclair spaced his words very precisely. “If you ever touch me, I will kill you. So don’t even think about it.”

“You shouldn’t hit me.” Parker’s voice had gone dark and thick with hatred.

“And you should do what you’re told.”

“No.” Parker spat the word. “No. I won’t. I’m not coming with you. Never. I’m staying here with Rich. He likes me, he’s nice to me. He’d never hit me. Leave us alone.”

That pissed Sinclair off. His eyes narrowed as his expression tightened, his pale grey eyes chilling even further. “I don’t think so, Parker. You don’t tell me to leave. I’m not done with you yet. And believe me, regardless of what you want, you will be coming back to London with me. I don’t care what you think, I don’t care what you say. The only question is how much pressure I have to apply to get you to do what I want. And I haven’t even started applying pressure yet. I can crank it up so far you will be begging me to stop. You like this, Parker? Living the quiet life in the countryside? I can burn this down. I can set fire to it all. I can tear that little house stone from stone, I can kill your precious Rich. Until there is nothing left here but the smoking crater of everything you once dreamed of. I haven’t even begun to punish you yet.”

SHOCKWAVE now out!

#5—SHOCKWAVE

Sinclair is back. The revelation drops like a bomb on Rich’s cosy domestic bliss with his long-time crush, the gorgeous and shy Parker. Because Sinclair is the man whose severe beating sent Parker fleeing late one winter’s night to arrive bruised and frozen on Rich’s doorstep pleading for shelter.

After just two weeks with Parker, Rich is already thinking about forever. He’s crazy about Parker; he can’t let Parker be terrorised any more. But when Rich comes face to face with Sinclair, he begins to realise just how dangerously obsessed Sinclair is…

4800-word MM erotic romance.

Excerpt:

“Sinclair. His name was Sinclair.”

The name dropped into the silence like a bomb.

Rich could only stare across the table at Parker as the rest of the world dropped away: the country pub with its dark panels, its leather seats, its diamond-paned windows looking out over the river, all gone. All he could see was Parker looking back at him with that haunted expression that Rich had never wanted to see again.

Sinclair. The man who had left Parker bruised and terrified. The man who had driven Parker into hiding with Rich in his isolated farmhouse for weeks. The man whose shadow lay across them, whose name they barely dared speak.

Now Sinclair knew exactly where Parker had been hiding. And Sinclair was coming for them.

Rich’s throat had gone dry, his muscles tight. He was seized by the sudden terror that Sinclair was here already, no more than six inches behind them. There would be nothing they could do. Sinclair would tear through them like a tornado, an unstoppable force.

Parker got up so fast he stumbled, clutching at the table to steady himself, as if the world had tilted around him. He nearly knocked over his half-empty glass; Rich caught it out of reflex. Then Parker turned blindly away and strode out of the pub into the crisp winter air. The light haloed him briefly and obscured him. He was gone.

Panic sparked. If Rich let him out of his sight for an instant, Sinclair might snatch him up. Rich jumped to his feet and hurried after him.

Rich caught up with Parker back at their car. The tightness in his throat, the squeeze in his chest eased as he drew near. His footsteps crunched through the gravel, but Parker did not look up; Parker braced himself against the car with both hands flat against the window, head low, taking deep shuddering breaths. He was strikingly gorgeous, all fair hair and dark blue eyes, strong cheekbones and square jaw. But his expression crumbled into despair.

“We have to go.” Parker’s fists clenched against the window, the muscles in his forearms standing out. His voice tightened with strain. “We have to get out of here. Right now. Before Sinclair comes.”

“Parker—”

“There’s no time!” Parker turned to him, his face twisting. “He’s going to come, he’s going to hurt us.”

“Parker.” Rich lifted both hands in a calming gesture. “It’s all right. It’s safe. He can’t hurt you.” Rich wasn’t sure he even believed that himself. “If he comes, we’ll call the police. We can tell them everything he did to you. We can take out a restraining—”

“No!” Parker was getting louder. “We can’t tell the police. We can’t tell anybody. Sinclair will kill us!”

AFTERGLOW now out!

#4—AFTERGLOW

They’re no longer snowbound, but Rich is still living happily in domestic bliss with his longtime crush, now his new partner, the gorgeous Parker. Parker has escaped an abusive relationship to hide with Rich in a little farmhouse in an isolated wilderness. After two weeks of peace, they’re relaxed enough to venture out of hiding. They think the danger has passed. They think it’s safe to lower their guard.

They’re wrong.

4700-word MM erotic romance.

Excerpt:

Rich woke wonderfully, wrapped in the warmth of his bed, as Parker slid down his body.

Rich’s eyes fluttered open of their own accord. Sunlight slanted past his lashes to dazzle him; he had to blink several times before he could see. The curtains had been flung back and light flooded the white-painted room, turning it bright and new. The mirror shone, the polished wooden furniture gleamed.

Parker kissed his way down Rich’s bare stomach, his smile curving. Parker was all warm golds in the sun, a mischievous sparkle in his blue eyes as he glanced up. The roughness of his jaw felt spectacular against Rich’s skin.

“Good morning,” Parker said huskily, then promptly went down on him.

Rich’s head fell back onto the pillow as he groaned aloud, his world narrowing down to the sensation of sinking into Parker’s talented mouth. It felt sinfully good. Parker draped an arm across his stomach and licked him all over, making little satisfied sounds that filled Rich up with happiness. Parker clearly enjoyed tormenting him.

Rich could not help smiling as he covered his eyes with his arm against the sun. This was the perfect way to wake up. He had nowhere to go, nowhere to be. Just a lazy morning in bed with a gorgeous man intent on pleasuring him. It was so relaxing he might just melt into a puddle.

FIRELIGHT now out!

#3—FIRELIGHT

Rich has been snowbound for days with Parker, the gorgeous man of his dreams. Rich has been trying desperately to keep his hands off Parker, but in such close quarters they can’t avoid heated glances and lingering touches. Now Parker has finally lost his patience. He drags Rich to bed to indulge their hunger for each other. By the time the snow has melted, neither of them will want Parker to leave…

5100-word MM erotic romance.

Excerpt:

Parker yanked him stumbling through the doorway into the master bedroom and threw him down on the bed.

Rich hit the covers and bounced, and Parker pounced immediately. They rolled over and tussled a little until Parker was on top again, pinning him down in the warm covers. Parker was full of smiles; Rich melted at the first flash of his dimple.

“I win,” Parker announced. The winter sunlight slanted hazy through the icy window to paint him with pale colour. His hair shone gold, his eyes a very dark blue. He was practically glowing.

“What do you win?” Rich asked him.

“You.” Parker dipped his head and kissed Rich, slow and thorough, his hand still fisted in Rich’s sweater keeping Rich pinned under him.

Rich caught at Parker to drag him down tighter against him, clutching at his fair hair, his sweater, the angle of his shoulder. It felt glorious to have Parker’s body pressed against him, hot and hard. Parker’s knee slid up between his, giving him sweet pressure to rub against, and Parker ground his erection against him.

“Ah.” Rich groaned; he could not think with Parker doing that. Parker felt so big, so hot, it made Rich’s throat dry. Frankly, he wasn’t sure Parker would fit.

Rich could not last another second without getting his hands on this man. He slipped his hand under Parker’s sweater, his shirt, to palm the taut muscles of his stomach. The hot muscles contracted beneath Rich’s exploring fingers; Parker took a sharp breath, and growled. “You’ve been teasing me way too long. All that looking at me. Touching me. You were there every time I turned around. Close enough to kiss.”

Rich reddened. He had been trying to keep his distance, but he’d wanted Parker for so long.

“Now I’m going to make you pay,” Parker promised him in a delightfully menacing voice. “For all the times you made me hard and left me wanting.”
